Job Overview:

As an Autism Therapist Trainee, you will undergo our comprehensive training program to become a certified RBT. You will utilize behavior analysis to teach children, both with and without autism diagnoses, in a joyful, fast-paced educational setting. You'll also have the chance to lead preschool classes and specialized small-group activities focused on early play skills, art, music, movement, and literacy.

- Promote the development of children, staff, and families, emphasizing respect and compassion.
